Refund Policy
1. A twenty percent (20%) deposit of the course cost is required on enrolment to confirm a position in the course. The deposit is part of the total course cost. The deposit is refundable up until three (3) weeks prior to the course start date, after which it is not refundable.
2. If a student withdraws from the course:
2.1 within three (3) weeks prior to the course start date, the deposit is not refundable;
2.2 after commencement of the course the student must either:
2.2.1 pay the total course cost; or
2.2.2 defer the course to the next available course intake within one (1) year of the initial course start date.
The student acknowledges that after commencement of the course the total course cost is payable in any event whether or not the student completes the course.
3. No pre-paid fees will be refunded to the student except at the sole discretion of Media Make Up Academy & Agency.
4. All refund claims will be paid to the student within a fortnight from the date of approval from the Media Make Up Academy & Agency.
5. In the event that Media Make Up Academy & Agency is unable to fulfil its contract with the student then Media Make Up Academy & Agency will refund the student the proportion of the fees paid by the student for which services were not received.

Please note: Each certificate runs independently of one another. Some courses contain the same content as others. You may enter at any course level, there is no need to complete them in order.
