Reporting to the Sales Development Manager of the West Coast, a day in the life will entail;
* Management & training of Beauty Advisors
* Liaising and negotiating with Myer Management
* Setting sales/service goals & tracking performance against KPI's
* General reporting, stock management/merchandising & administrative duties
* Leading by example & embracing the role of head 'Brand Ambassador'
* Actively building the business and loyal customer base
Working approximately 30-35 hours per week, you will be expected to share late night trade and weekend shifts and encouraged to 'flex-up' during peak periods and events.
