Welcome to an exciting 2008. Media Makeup is celebrating 10 years of training and trading in the Beauty & Media Makeup industries. The year of 2008 will include the colourful and user friendly shopping on line through our Media Makeup Store.

Our new January Full Time and Part Time classes are starting and what a hot beginning with the temperatures into the high 30's and low 40's. Thank fully new air conditioning has been installed to cope with the extra heat.

The March intakes are filling fast with full time and part time classes already half full. Contact the academy for an interview soon so as not to miss out. Don't forget to download the "student handbook" and read the policies prior to the interview.

All participants receive wonderful new text books imported from our affiliate school in Los Angeles "Makeup Designory". The text books will be available for purchase on line.

Corrie Emery

Mould maker extraordinaire brings his expertise to our 2008 Advanced diploma students in the classroom and with Corries' past experience working on such films as "Ghost Rider", "Farscape" and Star Wars "Revenge of the Sith" the students are going to benefit immensely from Corries' techniques with mould making.

Media Makeup Brushes

Media Makeup brushes have arrived and our new students will be the first to receive the tried and tested industry favourites. They are very reasonably priced and should last a life time given the correct love and care they deserve.

With all the changes in the media world going digital we have to keep up with products that will work to high definition. The viewer sees so much more detail on the screen and therefore makeup has to be so much more refined.
